The gigbrigade team are based in Sydney, Australia. Our general support hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 (AEST), we will make every effort to respond to your queries within 12 – 24 hours if not sooner.  Emails sent on weekends or public holidays are answered the next business day.
